We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to return a product. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for you. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase:

All Sales Final: Our business has temporarily adopt an "all sales final" policy to minimize the handling of returned items and reduce the risk of virus transmission. This means that customers will not be able to return products unless they are defective or damaged. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the safety restrictions put in place by many businesses and organizations, several companies have adjusted their refund and return policies. These changes are typically aimed at protecting the health and safety of both customers and employees, we want to be fair, safe and responsible within this new commerce environment.   

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return of any FLI8HT™ product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Fair Assessment & Review:

  • Our team will conduct a review of your written request, photos, and proof of purchase before determining the eligibility of items for a refund. This assessment includes a quality control check of the item's manufacturing condition before shipment to ensure it was not damaged prior to shipping. Additionally, we will review any additional information provided at the time of your request to ensure it aligns with our return policy criteria. We may request additional information, Thank you in advance for your patience, process may take 1-2 days with all complete information.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at fli8htshop@gmail.com within the 30-day return period.
  • You will be required to provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photographs if there is a product defect.
  • Our Customer Service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, by email once approved.

Refund Options:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund in one of the following ways, based on your preference:
  1. Refund to the original payment method: We will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
  2. Store credit: If you prefer, we can provide you with a store credit for the value of the returned item, which you can use for future purchases on our website.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged package item delivered by carrier, with exterior package damaged, wet or open please contact shipping provider immediately to place a claim. We are not responsible for delivery provider handling process nor authorized to place any claims on your behalf.

Return Shipping Cost:

  • In cases where the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our mistake, we cover the return shipping expenses. The cost of return shipping for eligible returns will be covered by FLI8HT™.
  • You will receive a prepaid shipping label from us to facilitate the return process, US orders only.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.

International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns.

Changes to this Refund Policy:

  • FLI8HT™ reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.

Abuse of Policy:

  • FLI8HT™ reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity. All valid cases will be documented and reported.
